I make them in the evening and stick the eggs into the molds (hot) and leave them in the fridge overnite. They are ready the next morning to go in lunches.

Today my cute eggmold arrived.*whoo* I was glad I found your blog, thanks for helping me out. Perhaps you have some advice on how to keep those (for 24 hours?) Or do you have to eat them right away. For example. I make the eggs in the afternoon and want to put them in the kids bento’s the next day.
